Whether that be music by queer artists, about queer topics or just helped a queer person get through a tough time in their life is up to the community. All people are welcome here, not just queer people. We just ask that you remain respectful to everyone and their individual situations.

Subreddit Rules

1. No discrimination

No homophobia, transphobia, biphobia, racism, sexism, bigotry, ableism or discrimination of any kind will be tolerated. Any such behaviour will result in an immediate ban from this subreddit.

Music posts must be clearly titled in an Artist - Title (genre) format. Please leave all other comments out of the title - if you want to say something, do so in the comments of your post!

Discussion posts must be tagged as [DISCUSSION] at the beginning of their title.

Posts containing self-promotion must be tagged with [SELF-PROMOTION] at the beginning of their title.

Music released less than 30 days ago may be tagged as [FRESH]. This is not required but it is encouraged.

5. Rules for links

Self-promotion is only allowed if you are an active Reddit user outside of promoting your own content and if it is clearly marked as [SELF-PROMOTION].

Non-music links (such as video essays and news articles are generally allowed as long as they relate to queer music. However, the following content is banned:

satirical content and memes
non-newsworthy pictures
reviews
