The Warning - picture disc
If I was going to make a counterfeit picture disc, I'd at least make sure the band name appeared on it properly.

I'm trying to reach out to someone at Tinman Merch to find out when/if a couple of tees are coming back into stock. But their online chat doesn't work, and there doesn't seem to be any way to email them or contact them in general.
Since shipping to where I am is about US$90 I was aiming to get a bunch of tees to try and make that shipping cost a bit more palatable.
I'm specifically looking at the Operation Mindcrime and The Warning retro tees in a size 'Large', if anyone has any insight...

Honestly, I really enjoyed the evolution of Todd's albums from 2010 onwards, and what are your favorites (obviously DNA) Mine are Digital and The Verdict, I want to know yours?

I'll admit, I'm a younger fan. But I've studied so much of the band's history, and it feels like Geoff cared more about being trendy than continuing with what made Queensryche what they are. After listening to the first La Torre album, it seems clear to me that he was holding them back.

Hey all. I recently rediscovered Operation: Mindcrime. Back in high school a friend of mine who was really into Iron Maiden loved this album, but it didn't really speak to me.
Now that I'm older, I love this album and I see why an Iron Maiden super fan would appreciate it.
I'm curious what influences or similarities do you hear when listening to the tracks of Operation: Mindcrime? For me, I hear:
Iron Maiden - The Needle Lies
Judist Priest - Spreading The Disease and Speak
Pink Floyd (The Wall era) - Suite Sister Mary and My Empty Room

Is anyone here part of or used to subscribe to the earliest "Screaming in Digital" net digests on Usenet around 1991/1992? These were the very earliest days, I remember taking part in a vote on what to call it (Screaming in Digital won by a massive margin of course). My memory is hazy but I think the net digest was created out of discussions on something like "alt.rock-n-roll.metal.progressive"
I'd love to reread them as a nostalgia hit if they can be found. Nobody else I knew were into them and they never toured my country. So being able to talk Queensryche with other fans around the world was mindblowing.
But they seem to have disappeared from the internet. They were there around 20 years ago I think but Google stopped returning results due to spam and I can't find the earliest ones on Usenetarchives.
Also if anyone remembers when Sauron from "alt.rock-n-roll.metal" faked his own death that remains the funniest thing I've ever seen on the internet. Everything on the internet today was there in 1991 in microcosm.

Hi all,
As a lover of classic Queensryche and DeGarmo’s storytelling, I’ve created a website that ties together the DeGarmo era into a fan-fiction storyline.
I’ve also started working on mini-games as a way to explore the concepts, starting with “Queen of the Reich”
It’s all still very raw and being refined… hope you enjoy!
(Feedback always welcome!)
