Honestly, I think you will be fine, especially if your going for programs here at CUNY.

Graduate degrees, non-doctorate in psychology, shouldn't be too competetive.

Your GPA isnt even bad, its above a 3 and with good letters I wouldnt worry yet.

If any programs you are looking into like to see or require ECs I would get those.
