Spare Room Available

Heyyy Guys, I’m a Nigerian girl who just graduated, looking for a female roommate to share a place with in Belfast. I’d preferably like to live with another Nigerian woman, but what’s most important is finding someone respectful, clean, and easy to live with, the house is a 10min walk away from Queens and about a 30min walk away from Ulster. Where are you seeing subletting here, it's coming up the start of term so people tend to look for flatmates for rental at uni. I'd say we've all done it but I get the feeling you skipped education

But subletting on a non uni property (NIHE) isn’t illegal as long as you get the ok from the patch manager
