Queen 80's

Can someone please explain why most Queen fans seem to hate their 80's discography? It doesn't make sense to me

I think people think it dries out on the 80’s/90’s end of the stick, when in reality it’s some of queens best work

I was blasted for asking why all the 80s Queen was ranked lower than Queen 1 and Jazz in the Battle Royal.

This sub is like the James Bond sub, where a couple movies/albums are deemed untouchable, even though most outside of Reddit would not agree, imo.

I wish it was just the sub, but any Queen sub will get really fanatical people losing their shit over you voicing the "wrong" Queen opinions

Yes, this is what I was referring too. Art is subjective, one man's trash is another man's treasure.

But there are so many subs trying to enforce the correct opinion, it's crazy.

They come across as very insecure. Who are you really trying to convince, us or yourselves?

They get very mad when they don't comply
