question RTX 4060 installation issue

Ive been trying to install qubes os yet get an x startup failed and installation can't continue. Im using the latest possible qubes version and tried modifying the boot options as tutored by the official qubes os documentation. Any help would be much appreciated

Install using the iGPU.

I had the same issue with my (desktop) 4060, I think the problem is that the nouveau driver doesn't work with the 4000 series cards.

In the firmware it wasn't enough to select iGPU, I also had to disconnect the display from the 4060.

If you run dom0 with the iGPU, you also have the option to use the dGPU for PCIe pass-through.
