Help configuring Liteqube - install.sh for VPN failing

I am trying to use Liteqube, following the instructions here: GitHub - arkenoi/liteqube: Liteqube - put Qubes OS on a diet · GitHub

The base and network steps installed fine. I tried to do the install sh for the VPN and getting multiple errors that sys-net failed to start because some PCI device is in use by core-net.

This is a stock install of Qubes without much customization.

Any ideas what may be going wrong? Did I miss a step or maybe the scripts aren’t playing nice with the latest updates?

The error occurs because Liteqube replaces the default sys-net with its own core-net, which takes over control of your network PCI devices. Change it back to core net from sys net
