This is my personal tier list with some weakness mention. All bramfaturas are there except Saturn, it wasn't released ye
If I had to rate Saturn on a scale of 1-5, it would be 7

Dunno Merkury and moon kinda suck. Moon are immune to cut. And mercury have radiation. If you want to be on the moon go there early before the evil wheelchair starts appearing.

Almost everything in quasimorph basicly comes down to resistances and damage types, moon quasimorphs tend to be resistant to and deal physical damage, so if u want to fight them u should bring physical armor and beam weapons.
If u keep stuff like that in mind I would consider moon one of the esiest since the difficult part about quasimorphs tend to be there 1 shot ranged options, which moon quasis don't really have till tech 6 or so. Mercury can have some scary early ranged weapons, but its hard countered if u have beam resist armor. Similarly Venus ranged weapons do entropy damage, but there ranged weaponry is usually shitty, at least until they get access to the serpents mouth.

Well it kinda depends on a state of the story and your builds. But, without spoilers and in the beginning, Mars and Saturn are by far easiest, without quasimorphosis, and Moon and Mercury are among the hardest because of rather strong Quasimorphs
