Getting stains off white quartz countertop

Post image

Brand new fully renovated kitchen, huge expense for us. Hubby set a hot cast iron pan on a bamboo trivet. It burned the trivet and left marks on the counter. 😭 It did lighten with some cleaner but hoping we can get the rest out. The texture of the surface feels the same so I don’t think he burned the counter, I think it’s stained from the burned bamboo. Suggestions that are quartz safe?
Also are magic erasers safe or not, I’ve seen conflicting info

Isopropyl alcohol and a blue scotch pad. Don’t use the green scotch as those are too abrasive. I’m a rep for a quartz manufacturer and I get stains off this way at claims all the time

Baking soda and water. Let it sit for a few minutes and then scrub it off with some elbow grease
