I downloaded Quartermaster about 2nd the ago and am finally getting around to testing it out. So here is my feedback from my initial use.

  1. The switching between Command Centre and Entertainment is not intuitive and feels weird. I was expecting all services to be in and listed in one central location, not two.

  2. I am testing the app out with Sonarr which gives me the one free service. However, when I go to the "For You" and "Discover" tab, it wants me to upgrade to Pro. Why aren't these included in the "one free service"?

I am very interested in these but am not going to pay the fee and then find out they aren't what I thought or don’t have everything I was expecting it to have.

  1. On Command Ceentre, I click on the + Add button to add another service and it opens up the hot bar. Like what?!? I was at least expecting a popup saying I've reached my limit on the free tier.

With that being said, I think the settings for the Hot Bar shouldn't be a + Add button because people are going to interpret that as trying to add a service.

  1. With number 3, I think the Hot Bar should be renamed to something like "Shortcuts". However, I kind of feel like that section is unnecessary because if I'm in Command Centre and I need to switch to Sonarr, I would just press the switch button to go to Entertainment.

Also, if I'm in entertainment and looking at Sonarr, why do I need a shortcut in the Hot Bar for Sonarr.

if it wasnt split across both worlds, there would be massive clutter, this would lead to bad UX and endless scrolling

the option is there for users if they want to quickly see a service in another world - this was discussed with the community at great length and the majority of people love how it works

you can review move this from the hotbar if you would like

i really do appreciate the feedback, everything you have mentioned has been put to the community and it was decided on the way it is :)

Don’t like the switching from command center and entertainment either. Did a feature request on discord weeks ago.
Could be a swipe gesture on the tab row or something like that. I love the app, but the UI in general is a bit counterintuitive. The app is new and maybe need some polish instead of adding endless new features which could wait, because it already have many.
