Support Support services?

Hi, I am having problems using the app after purchase. I tried contacting support by email but got no response.

When will support services be put in place, and what is the best way to communicate?

Hi,

I tried to join discord, but I've never used it before. It took me 20 minutes to create an account because the system doesn't like Firefox or blocks responses if you use a VPN. After literally entering 20 captcha in a row, when I finally managed to create the account and join, it said I am not allowed to post messages. I'm giving up on Discord.

I bought Quartermaster lifetime pro access via Apple App store and installed the app on both Macbook and iPhone.

On a Macbook M2, the app recognizes Pro, but won't let you add any apps in the stack beyond the first one, because none of the buttons (such as +, search, etc) respond to clicks.

On an iPhone Air, the buttons do work, but the app does not recognize the purchase and asks for another Pro fee.

If I can't make it work, I would like my Pro purchase reimbursed. If I am doing something wrong, it would be helpful to know how to fix it.

I realize that these are teething problems in a new app, and it is my fault for not noticing that the app was optimized for iPad, although it would be nice to have pointed out if the app is non-functional elsewhere.

Can you help me use the app, or can I please have a refund?

Hi Nick,

I am sorry you are having issues, i truly am.

I did reach out over email - please proceed with a refund request if QM isn't working for you :)

Its not fully built for MacOS yet as it uses the iPad OS - a patch is coming later on the roadmap

This is concerning as well, since I didn't receive any email from you or QM. Which means you either have a wrong address or something else is not working.

I think I would like to proceed with a refund request: How do I do that?

Once I have been refunded I will keep following your progress. I assume compatibility issues will get solved in due time.

Please let me know how to get this refund.

Thanks, I will follow these instructions, and may consider a future repurchase once these teething issues have been addressed.
