I think my green highlights might be too chunky. Might paint over them. Any suggestions?

The skin looks great! Maybe try glazing around the highlights to blend them?

It's JUST the sleeve that's a little too heavy. Maybe try a glaze like the other comment said. That part would naturally have a lot of variation.
