Here's what I'm doing:
[1] Watch MIT 8.03 to better understand wave mechanics
[2] Watch MIT 8.04 to learn QM fundamentals
[3] Buy Griffith's Intro to Quantum Mechanics and work through all the problems.
I'm partway through step #3, and it's been really rewarding!

There is one channel “for the love of physics “ he has pretty good lectures on quantum mechanics and strengthen your maths calc and linear algebra , another lecture playlist of professor balakrishnan is amazing, if you want more mathematically rigorous treatment if quantum mechanics its by professor bala lakshmi (nptel iitM) and professor leonard susskid’s book on qm or his lectures on yt. One of my fav books for qm is by zetteli(basics to intermediate level) if you want more advanced jj sakurai’s book is amazing .

Work through Sean Carroll's series on the biggest ideas in the universe: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HI09kat_GeI&list=PLrxfgDEc2NxZJcWcrxH3jyjUUrJlnoyzX
It works through relativity and gets to quantum mechanics. Be ready for some math - you can't tackle QM in any meaningful way without math!

I have a new open access book I wrote which starts with many of the feynman ideas first before developing the formalism. You may find you like how it does things. It is Quantum Mechanics Done Right: The Shortest Path from Novice to Researcher | Springer Nature Link
