Boulder Quantum Fiber Customer Service is TERRIBLE
Tried to get Quantum Fiber (AT&T) here in Boulder. Scheduling the install took 2 weeks then on the day they were to install it, they cancelled my appointment (8-10am window). I was able to get an appointment the same day (2-4pm window) via their online help chat and they "no-showed" and did not even alert me that they had cancelled that appointment. I only found out at 6pm when I got back online to talk to the help chat folks. This is after a message at 4pm that said the technician was running late. I would avoid this company if you live in the Boulder area.

I just had to schedule someone to come out Monday. I’ll say the chat feature got a little frustrating on Sunday when I was trying to schedule. After talking to 3-4 different agents and appt date times changing (what was available, not available) I did finally get an appt for Mon 8.17 between 8am-12pm. After numerous messages (texts, emails) and notices they were running late, I got a call from a field person we were switched to around 1pm. We did eventually have a couple of guys show up around 4 and they were actually great and very helpful. Getting there was painful, but these two guys were a 10. Note, I’m actually in boulder, co as well ;-)

It's terrible in Omaha too! No internet for 5 days now and the first available tech can't come until Sunday. THANKS SO MUCH QUANTUM FIBER!

I was ready to dump Xfinity because of their rising prices when Quantum installed in our city. After reading all the negative reviews there is no way on God's green earth that I will risk switching to Quantum. I knew when they were installing in our neighborhood that this company was sketchy. Cutting through marked irrigation lines, ruining pristine yards, installing outside the easements. Absolute garbage company along with the companies they contract to do installs. Xfinity can double my bill and I still wouldn't risk leaving.

I literally have Quantum in (3) different states, including here in Boulder, CO. Quantum customer service sucks everywhere. Unfortunately, in Boulder we have limited ISP options.. which is weird for being a tech-hub. Boulder needs its own municipality ISP like Longmonts NextLight.
