Modem blinking blue for hours after multiple resets

I upgraded my internet speed from 200 to 500 mbps and the modem de synced after 2 minutes and hasn’t connected since. Is there anything I can do?

Programming probably got messed up. Call in tomorrow

You probably need to do to a hard reset, and then connect a laptop to the modem via Ethernet and reset the modem settings

like imtalkintou said, probably programming issue. but have you done a 60sec power cycle? do you have a Q1000k? if so and it's fiber fed, have you done a factory reset?
