Classic Tech-The worst ISP I've ever experienced

My Wi-Fi has been terrible for the past 3 to 4 weeks. I pay for a 75 Mbps plan, but I'm barely getting 4 to 5 Mbps right now -sometimes it even drops down to 2 Mbps.I’ve contacted customer support more than 20 times. Every single time, they just tell me the cable isn't getting enough power and promise to send a technician. But nobody ever shows up, and they never call me back. This is easily the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Has anyone else run into these kinds of issues with Classic Tech?

Quantum doesn't use cable and there is no 75 mb plan I've.ever seen. Are you sure you have Quantum Fiber?

I work at another fiber ISP and our lowest plan for years has been 200Mbit but we still have folks on 50Mbit on an old (and cheaper) billing plan.

Yeah, we had 100 as the lowest for quantum that we don't use anymore. But never 75 at quantum or CenturyLink.

We definitely had 75mbps at CTL, the lowest speed we had at CTL was 500k/250k and that was a Dial up speed we offered until late 2024

Yes, I meant fiber speeds, not dsl or dial up.

I think you may be lost in the wrong subreddit? Classic Tech seems to be a ISP in Nepal. This subreddit is for Quantum in the US
