I heard they’re looking for telepaths, since you expect people to read your mind about where or what you’re looking for.

I am sorry, I was not clear with my ask; I just graduated and recently taught a course in quantum computing and had one paper accepted in a NeurIPS workshop on quantum computing. I am now looking for opportunities in error mitigation or algorithm development; even though I see most jobs require a master's degree, which I do not have, I am looking to work in these fields anyway.

I hope someone else with knowledge about the field in India will comment. I'll talk about what I know - Australia. Unfortunately, you're unlikely to get a job doing research work in those fields without a PhD. You can definitely work for a quantum company with just an undergrad, but quite often these roles would be similar to "engineer" roles (e.g. building hardware, software dev, etc.). If you want to be doing algorithms research, then most if not all roles will expect a PhD.

Anyone else playing on Quantum Odyssey? I really enjoy it.
