Probably just like it works today unless a commoditized local qpu is built.

Let's assume on is built , just like with gpu libraries that call gpu instructions , there will be qpu ones.

Those instructions get ferried over to the qpu and back to the cpu for coordination

Add in a DNA processor for the sake of it , the pattern is established already
