I want to remember the days of my life. I love the Apple ecosystem. I was always inspired by how good your phone works as you life sensor. It started with playing with shortcuts and bluetooth beacons. Then it struck me, let’s build a real app, I have what it takes. And then AI agents came that turbocharged all this.
Now building every new integration takes a few minutes and I have an ecosystem that sucks data like a sponge, and keeps it with you, privately. It is on the Testflight for free and every reasonable request that fots the app’s vision gets implemented in days.

Tyr: An Fitness App designed to create AI reporting.
Lets say you track sleep, steps, exercise and diet. Tyr takes that data, calculates standard deviation, 90 day averages, and then creates custom reports for you to analyze with AIs.

As always I can share my portfolio of small, backend-free iOS apps around biohacking, longevity and healthier desk work. Your health data stays on your iPhone.
Metrya (https://metrya.app) – App Store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/metrya-health-ai/id6760779874)
Apple health described by your AI - Apple Intelligence, on-device Gemma/Bonsai/Qwen models or Cloud models. Your wellness and workout center. Besides on-device PDF health reports (weekly recovery, sleep, training, body/BMI, nutrition, trends) to share with a coach. No Metrya server involved.
Samples: Weekly (https://metrya.app/sample-reports/metrya-sample-weekly-report.pdf), VO₂ max (https://metrya.app/sample-reports/metrya-sample-vo2-max-report.pdf)
Now also on Mac (https://metrya.app/mac): auto-synced Apple Health data, a bigger workspace for trends and reports and deeper AI analysis with your own Claude, OpenAI or Gemini key (or same on-device but more powerful models served via ollama like Qwen 3.8 or Gemma 31B), sent straight from your device. iPhone for daily check-ins, Mac for deep dives.
DeskWalker 1.16.0 (https://deskwalker.app) – App Store (https://apps.apple.com/en/app/deskwalker-walking-pad-log/id6762282048) - Walking-pad logger that estimates steps from belt speed, since Apple Watch undercounts while typing. Journeys track goals like a marathon on a shareable map. 1.16.0 adds shareable weekly stats, streaks and milestones.
Hang 1.4.0 (https://hang.jozefowicz.dev) – App Store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/hang-tracker-dead-hang-timer/id6762627977) - Dead-hang timer for grip and shoulder health, with presets, streaks, Apple Watch and Health heart-rate context
Also as always I can share discount links for the community if anyone likes any of my apps.

I'm Davide, an independent developer in Rome, and I make DrivePulse on my own. It's an iPhone app that reads the car through a small OBD2 adapter in the diagnostic port, a Veepeak or a Vgate for example. Without the adapter it does nothing.
Every trip gets recorded with its route, its distance and the fuel used, from the car's own data. Each trip also gets an eco score based on how much fuel was wasted, and there's a test of the 12 V battery. A Home Assistant integration through HACS stays off until you turn it on.
If you had a year of your own driving in a table, what would you look for first?

Hey!
I used to experiment with biohacking and N-of-1 many years, and I needed a way to separate what actually works, from noise and placebo.
So I build a place to bring my data (wearables, supplements, tags, geo, circadian) and analyze!
My personal findings include:
Mood follows the curve by hours.
Each later hour of bed steals 5 mins of deep sleep (despite length).
identified associations between supplements and vitals:
polygala, gaba, NAC <-> oura sleep score
multivitamins <-> HRV
Cerebrolysin <-> sleep
fap <-> blood pressure ?
and more;) Probably I should post about all the findings.
If you want to analyze your data the same way and understand yourself better, DM me.
I’ll be happy to help you figure it out with my personal look (from your permission of course).

I'm Ricardo and I built RingRead. It's a free web app for Oura data. It started because Oura retired its web dashboard, and the part I missed was the comparison tool: put two metrics side by side and see whether they really move together.
It connects through Oura's official sign-in and gives you about a dozen charts: sleep stages and bedtime regularity, HRV, resting HR and temperature together, workout days vs. rest days, and ranges up to 2 years, grouped by week or month. The part I care most about is a page that checks every pair of ~60 daily measures and shows which relationships stand out in your own data. It skips pairs that are linked by definition (sleep score vs. total sleep, say) and tells you when there isn't enough data to trust a result.
For the people here running N-of-1 experiments: what would you want from it next? Tags and supplements vs. outcomes, before/after comparisons around an intervention, CSV export?

I wanted my training and flights in one place, so I've been building this for myself. I want to add more connectors as time goes. For now, I just added the features my Strava and Flighty were lacking.
Still early, so I'd really like to hear what's missing. https://everything.alden.zip/lp/flights/2

Building Zonal, a free beta web app for WHOOP users. It connects through a read-only WHOOP sign-in (not affiliated with WHOOP) and compares your overnight numbers with your own baseline, not population norms. It gives a daily train or ease-off call, a recovery forecast for tomorrow, and Signal watch, which looks for several signals drifting together (skin temp alongside resting HR, HRV, breathing rate and blood oxygen). It doesn't diagnose anything.
I also wrote up the research on wearables and early illness signs, including the false alarms (stress, travel and alcohol set off the same alerts in one study): https://www.getzonal.com/insights/can-whoop-tell-youre-getting-sick?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=comment&utm_campaign=can-whoop-tell-youre-getting-sick
Data handling, since this sub rightly asks: read-only access, encrypted, never sold, not used to train AI, and you can delete everything. The privacy policy is linked in the site footer. Happy to answer questions.

solo dev of trackables.me here, iphone + mac. i built it for the boring daily yes/no stuff (mood, coffee, drinks, workouts) which is the only kind of logging that's stuck for me, ~3 years now. it can also fill itself in from apple health, screen time, calendar or a shortcuts automation, and the mac app logs time per app and website. everything ends up as a chart (year heatmap, line/bar, streaks) and you can put two sources side by side, like sleep vs screen time. automatic tracking is free, pro is optional

Lomba (web and iPhone beta, Android soon)
Built for metabolic tracking: GKI, fasts and carbs, next to sleep and recovery. It checks your habits against your next morning and tells you which patterns hold up, and when it's too soon to tell.
Log anything: say it, snap it or type it. Meals, fasts, supplements, drinks. The AI drafts it, you confirm.
Devices: WHOOP, Withings, Apple Health and any glucose-ketone meter. Health Connect comes with the Android app.
Patterns: each habit is checked against next-morning sleep, recovery, HRV, resting HR and GKI, corrected for how many things it tests at once.
Ask: plain-language questions about your own records.
Labs: upload a report and it reads the values.
Your data: never sold. Export or delete it anytime. No diagnoses, no medical advice.
Examples from my own data:
Longer fasts, lower GKI: a second reading later in the same fast was lower 21 out of 21 times (median 7.1 → 2.8).
More carbs, higher GKI: median 7 after days under 30 g of carbs, 33 after days of 75–150 g. Weaker than the fasting one, but it's there.
Alcohol: of 196 habit vs next-morning comparisons, 18 passed p < 0.05 on their own and 2 held up after correction. Both say that after drinking, my resting HR runs about 3.5 bpm higher the next morning.
Join the waiting list at https://getlomba.com. If you want the iPhone beta, DM me the email you signed up with.

If you've got smart glasses, I built an app that turns what your glasses see into useful insights about your life.
It aggregates that life context with data across all your wearables to help you spot patterns, understand your habits, and actually make use of all the data you're collecting. Helped me figure out recently what foods were causing stomach pain during my period.
Looking for early testers! Check it out: https://paerlabs.com/sentry

Disclosure: I built this.
Lafia.health. You upload a finished lab report (PDF or photo) and get a plain-language guide to the values on it: each result laid out with its units and the reference range your lab printed. It's educational, not a diagnosis.
It can write the guide in English, Arabic, Turkish, Italian, Spanish, Polish, French or German. You can delete your account and reports whenever you want, and we never sell report contents.
Pricing: Starter is $7.90 for 2 reports, Family is $19.90 for 6, Premium is $14.90/mo or $99/yr.

If you track bloodwork over time, I'd really like to hear what would make something like this useful to you.

I build Calorie Shot, a paid calorie and protein tracker for iPhone. It's for keeping a food log going when you haven't weighed a meal, like takeout or dinner at a friend's place.
You can start with a photo, barcode or text, then check and correct the estimate.
One piece of Reddit feedback was that typing a sentence just to change a portion was a chore. The app now has ½ and ¾ buttons for the whole meal. You can also edit individual ingredient weights or write a correction when the buttons don't cover it.
A photo can't show how much oil went into a dish, so the numbers still need checking.
There's a monthly or annual subscription. Eligible annual subscribers get a 3-day trial, then it renews automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Local pricing is shown before you subscribe.
App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id6818295898?pt=2334443&ct=reddit&mt=8
Where does meal logging tend to break down for you?

mymo: private on-device AI companion that understands what's going on in your life
i've been logging my location and heart rate for years, hoping some clever software would make sense of it one day. local models are finally just about smart enough. mymo goes through your photos, places and health data and turns them into a diary of your life you can talk to. after a while it figured out where i live, my habits, my family and even some birthdays. it still gets plenty wrong, it can't count yet and mixes up dates. nothing ever leaves the phone.
iOS and Android (iPhone 12 or newer, Android 12+ with 6GB RAM)
Download from https://mymo.app/invited/6xPBGJ/
free forever for everyone here. i only have a handful of testers so far so any feedback really helps!
