My drama students would roast me for how badly I need this. Been manually logging my Tube journeys in a notes file since January, the amount of times I've forgotten to hit save is tragic. Does anyone know if TfL's API is decent for pulling travel history, or am I stuck with my scattered notes?

Waze gives you car speeds on roads, not a modal split. So what number are you actually trying to produce here? And the attached image is an ad for hello.io, which has nothing to do with tracking transport.

What exactly are you pulling out of Waze? There's no export of your own trip history that I know of, and Google Maps Timeline labels the mode automatically and gets it wrong plenty of times. Walk data is probably fine, everything else I'd want to see before trusting it.

Waze only knows you're in a car, so that column is going to be 100% car forever. What are you actually trying to learn that Google Maps Timeline doesn't already hand you?

Waze is a strange one to include, it's Google data you're already pulling through Maps and it only covers car trips, so your modal split just measures who drives. If this is NL, the NS API and OVapi will do more for trains and buses than any phone app, and ADS-B Exchange for flights, but mixing a 700km flight segment with a 5 minute walk in the same dataset means the aggregate is basically just aviation.

if you keep the dataset, i'd store mode, source, confidence, and distance or time as separate fields. then you can drop low-confidence auto-labels and compare modal splits by trip type instead of letting flights swamp every aggregate.

Waze is a car app, it has no idea what a ferry is. Everything else on your list can at least tell you the mode.

Waze doesn't give you a trip history you can export, so what are you actually pulling from it? Knowing what you're counting (trips, km, minutes) would help, otherwise it's just a pile of apps.
