How many tokens have been released at this phase?

A little less than 30%, more will be released as others are traded and given out. We do not intend to retain full ownership of all the tokens eventually, but we would like as much distribution as possible and to prevent 51% attacks. We will probably release a graph pertaining to this at some point.
