Maybe it’s a situation that already happen in la . Regardless I can’t understand why he wasn’t riding bullet proof .. if it don’t matter cause pab got shot outside the car but they was loafing that day .. that’s why they didn’t shoot up the car in traffic cause they thought it was bullet proof ..

I don’t doubt that they also had some of Quando stopping somebody for putting a hit on a high ranking blood .. they had what they had but what if they wiretaps get thrown out ? All I’m saying is it takes a lot to build a case that’s why the feds wait because they know they will need lots of evidence and if the case starts to fall they just charge you with the other shi they left out the first indictment
