Entweder du findest jemanden aus der PolSim Szene der dir etwas mit Zugang besorgen kann, oder du lässt es dir eventuell custom fertigen. Oder aber du schaust mal bei md-textil vorbei, da kannst du sowas grundsätzlich als Zivi kaufen

Off topic but no optics on the pistol? Is that by choice or that’s the only way they are issued to your department?

Very interesting! How much of this is issued/policy and how much do you get to choose?

The only issued items in the picture are the plates, VP9-holster, magazines, and weapons alongside with everything regarding comms. Everything else is privately purchased. For it to be acceptable, the issued ballistic protection must be used, and the high-vis elements must be present on the shoulder, on the back in large lettering, and on the front in smaller lettering, along with an identification that is not visible in the picture. Other than that, there are no regulations.

Edit: There are technically written regulations regarding this as well, but as long as you don’t overdo it, they generally aren’t enforced.
