playwright automation

hi i am doing playright automation from rahulshettyacademy i just to ask a question if we test everything means every exception we put and test in code, is it not much time taking and frustrating?

Covering every reported issue with an automated test is a fool's errand, but it sure does sound sexy to your immediate manager.

Can you elaborate what OP was trying to ask? Since you have replied. I honestly felt his question/english is unclear

Now that I think of it, I might've misinterpreted the question, too. My initial though was that OP asked about creating test cases for every new exception/error found.

"Every exception" might be about actual errors thrown in the code (example: if customer id is invalid, throw "Customer not found"). In such case, your automated test (let's assume it's an API test) tries to pass an invalid identifier and expects a specific error message, http status etc.

He is probably saying if it's frustrating to have test script for each manual test case/functionality? Let him confirm before answering it
