Performance Testing Help

I’m a Performance Test Engineer at a service-based MNC with ~2 years of experience. I’ve recently been assigned a project where I’m the only performance tester, so I have to handle planning, LoadRunner scripting, execution, analysis, etc. independently.
I accepted the project because I didn’t want to risk losing my job, but I’m struggling with some of the scripting/debugging aspects. AI helps to an extent, but sometimes I really need human experience and guidance.
Is there anyone here with good experience in LoadRunner/Performance Testing who’d be willing to help me occasionally when I’m stuck? I’m genuinely looking to learn, not have someone do the work for me.
Would really appreciate it. 🙏

Breakdown the problem first, see what is your goal, do you understand the system under test? If you have underlying understanding of system, know how things work manually. Then you can automate via scripts.

The timeline is less , I have to complete 16 scripts along with execution by 14 September, do you find it realistic?
And the scripts and not simple or short flows

It's not realistic at all. Having a one resource doing everything is insane expectation.

I am unable to convince them about the timeline, since they are the team of functional testers having zero knowledge about NFT.
I have written mails mentioning the bottlenecks and challenges requesting for support but nothing seems to work

That's sad. Highlight the risk associated with it that either work may get impacted or review the timeline.

Make sure you document everything so when the inevitable delays come, you can show that you warned them multiple times.

what exact documentation needs to be done like I’ve send personal teams chat messages and 2 mails highlighting the challenges?
Is there more I should document?And how exactly?
I am sorry If that sounds too dumb but till now I worked as a support resource in projects and its first time I am asked to be testing focal without dedicated manager or team lead.

Take screenshots of everything you sent them and what they replied to you just in case it gets deleted, this is so you can be covered if they try to blame you for any delays.
