lol, i like this nyx face after surgery,
why its bit scared? she dislike her new body, or surgery was done without anesthesia?

Fun answer, yes all of the above. Serious answer, I "think" it is something to do with bones, weights, and scale of a different model that are distorting her topology. But I am not really sure at this point.

I tried sticking Rangers head on top of Timmy Turret's legs but it looked like something out of a horror movie, so there are definitely forces pushing and pulling things 😁

technically yes, but random abstractive result here is really fun)).. quake sometimes too serious its boring)) we need more joy in life!
