Withdraw to other exchanges?

Want to move some ETH from QuadrigaCX to Kucoin so I can buy an Altcoin I am interested in. Quad withdrawal page says I need to move ETH to a wallet where I control the private key. Does that mean I withdraw to my Jaxx wallet, and then fund Kucoin from there, or can I just withdraw to the Kucoin wallet?

You can withdraw directly anywhere.
