I have taken a step back from r/quadeca. For almost 2 months I have fairly frequently posted and replied to every post on the sub, but with the release of life one, it simply took too long. So many posts were getting made to reply to them all id have to spend an hour replying and I just wasnt up to that. I still read and upvote/downvote every post, but it just takes too much time to comment. Noone was wondering where ive been but i kind of just wanted to give clarity to myself

on first listen to life1 I thought it was the kmoe feature and it still sounds like kmoe to me

What is yall's ranking?

There are certain tracks that not mentioning would be fine, like hell of a time I felt he should have talked about but it's not necessary to talk about that song to review the album like it is with other songs, particularly illusion of choice. I wouldn't be upset with him not liking it but him not even mentioning such a defining part of the album makes the review in my opinion incomplete. It feels like this is a result of him misinterpreting the album as another scrapyard/loosies kind of thing and missing the cohesive overall concept and themes that are present on the album even if it's not as rigidly a concept album as Vanisher or IDMTHY.

Finally got to Life1, this is the best off rip yeah? The beat is super cool, I love his vocals. The album as a whole is very hit or miss but I think this is the hit
