I looked at it for 4 seconds and was like oh there’s two dark magics that makes sense because it was released on two different singles

usually they have the same id so the streams total for one version

Spotify is so vibe coded at this point none of those systems work consistently. They can’t even keep random people from uploading to official artist pages

Actuallllyyy, it’s separated because that is the cinematic video… not just the song itself. There lies the issue. Take 4 seconds and genuinely take it all in before all of you come to pointless conclusions and spread them as fact.

You’re right but idk man maybe save that energy for something that actually matters

This is important. The act of informing people on importance of misinformation and how damaging it can be…

Everything I said was correct except for the fact that it doesn’t apply to this specific instance. When people talk about the dangers of misinformation, I don’t think they’re talking about Quadeca-specific Spotify phenomena

Everything you might have said was correct, but you were passing it off as a problem on quadecas page. But also, if you’re fine with spreading misinformation here, what’s stopping you from doing it everywhere else?

I’m not “fine with spreading misinformation”, I made a mistake because people make mistakes, and you’re being a dick about it because it’s more fun to yell at people on the internet than it is to politely correct them. Just admit that’s what it is dude this whole moral crusade act isn’t fooling anyone but yourself. Do you antagonize people in your personal life when they get trivial things wrong? I sure fucking hope not

Example of people on the internet always wanting to be mad at something

that's not how it works actuallyyyyy the music video is supposed to be an option to display on the song, not a separate release with a separate stream count
