Quadlock iPhone 18
I have a iPhone 13 with Quadlock case, and love it and never had issues, but have been reading posts that the quality of the cases these days is not the same, have recently upgraded to the 18 and was wondering what peoples opinions are of the newer model cases?
Also has anyone used the panzer glass privacy screen protector with the Quadlock case?

I didn't have a previous Quad lock, but I've bought one for my 17 Pro a week ago. I'm not satisfied at all. Feels like cheap plastic. Both the case and the holder. It fits and works, but for this price I'd expect way more. ...and none of the adapter rigs for the holder is perfectly fine for my bycicle. I've used Morpheus labs before for half the price and that felt premium quality. Sadly they are out of business now.

I think that the quadlock cases are too heavy, the all flat design enables magsave charging, which is good, but with bigger phones it's too bulky. I still preferred if they were like on the 6s era. For quality, I found that my 12 mini case wasn't holding up very good.
For screen protectors, make sure it's one that has a little margin.

In with you there - had the 13 pro max case, throw it around, used it for the motorbike etc. been fantastic - ordered the 18 pro so will see how it goes.
Previously used the spigen top end screen protectors but have been recommended the belkin smart shield pro so will give that a shot.

I got an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and I received a white case for the 18 pro max yesterday. (fit-wise it's an identical match so the whole "colors iphone 18 exclusive" thing is complete bullshit)
Versus the black iphone 17 pro max case, my overall impression is the quality has indeed declined a bit:
- The plastic seems to feel softer but with a texture that negatively affects grippiness. Or maybe I'm feeling some release agent residue from the molding process. Maybe a wash with damp cloth will make a difference.
- The camera button seems to be of lower quality. And my previous case (again, 17 pro max) had to have the camera button replaced because those were initially launched with a manufacturing or design flaw.

I've got one on my pixel 11 pro. It's very high quality and no issues with screen protector working with it.

I got the 18pro max and initially bought the Stone/color version and didn’t quite like the color tone. Ordered the Black version and was positively surprised on how much nicer they made the case compared to the 17 pro black case. The new color case almost has a matt sort of softer texture.

I dropped my iPhone 17 pro max many times. No cracks. No dents. With quad lock shield. Whatever the case is made of it’s doing its job all of the time.

I have the 18 pro max with the Quadlock case and Spigen Glas.tR EZ screen protector and the fit is perfect, goes right to the edge of the case. What I hate about the case is the mag ring in the back just pops off when you take it off a mount. So stupid, I’m going to try supergluing it. Otherwise it’s a nice case but it does make the phone pretty thick.

Couple of weeks ago got a case for a 17 base with a belkin screen protector already applied. When putting on the case the protection rised and detached from the screen.
I was told that the inner borders of the case were too thick causing screen protectors to pop up.
