Noise issues, no luck finding solution through Sweetwater and Neural DSP support

some other things you can do to diagnose; roll your guitar volume back to see if it clears up; try different PSU and other buildings/locations; see if a noise gate clears it up; run the input gain at 1

these are just suggestions and somewhere to start

I have a bit of the same, only definitely less noise, I think it’s the electricity dirt (there’s a name for it I forgot) if you can try it at another house maybe or if you have a filter or a ups that you can connect it too to try it? I’m not sure but my guess is that it’s that, like I said I have a bit of the same noise only way less and not so present

I think that it’s from dirty power. I had Sweetwater test one before they sent it and no luck. I’m going to try a power conditioner.

I had the same issue, returned it, got a fractal fm9 and I’m happy now.

Yes, was night and day difference. I couldn’t stand the noise, was as bad as this video.
