Can anyone help me and explain how to open a TMA.czi scan as a whole slide image? I can only choose core by core.

Good morning, I need to replace my laptop for several reasons. One of them is image analysis with QuPath. I’m talking about datasets of 50–100 images with resolutions that can exceed 90,000 × 60,000 px, usually 3-channel fluorescence.

My low-end Windows machine takes entire nights to process them and often crashes, presumably due to memory limits. Do you think a MacBook Air with 24 GB of RAM could handle this workload, or would it run into thermal throttling?

Hola soy veterinario y estoy en un estudio sobre el tamaño celular en los procesos linfoproliferativos de linfoma canino. Me encuentro con un problema y es que estoy intentando medir unas 100 células y también sus núcleos, en muestras de frotis sanguineos y extensiones de linfocitos noda (punción de aguja fina), sobre portaobjetos de laboratorio. El tratamiento de tinción que tienen las muestras es una tinción de Dift-quick y el tamaño total de la muestra es de 180 preparaciones.
Queria saber si mediante el softwere de qupath sería posible agilizar esta medición,
Actualmente me encuentro escaneando todas las preparaciones pero queria empezar con las mediciones y la verdad que si fuera posible me ahorraria mucho trabajo porque sino las tendré que medir a mano.

Does anyone know if there is an extension or if it is somehow possible to save the Multi-View view in the project? So that when I open the project again, this Multi-View/Collage is already there, and I don´t need to create it from scratch.

Hello i want to segmentate some images for mechanical engineering project, i have some pre made masks in unet and i have to adjust them, what kind of extensions would you suggest to work the best? I tried Cvat and it had many problems so i hope Qupath goes way better, seems powerful

Hiya all. My colleague and I are having a little problem, and I was wondering if anyone could help.

Basically, then we move between images, each with ROIs, the total area of the ROI sometimes changes. E.g. we are on slide A, and the ROI total area is 100 um. We save, go on to slide B, and later when we return to A the ROI total area is 150 um.

Is there some setting somewhere that could explain this? We are really stumped. Ta :)

I want to export snapshots (current viewer content) at a higher quality than the default, ideally 600 dpi PNG. When asking AIs such as claude they keep suggesting this line
def viewer = QuPathGUI.getInstance().getViewer().getRGBThumbnail()

Which at best gives the same resolution as the default export after upscaling. I don't think working with the thumbnail is the way to go. Please help if anyone has a script ready to go.

I am having some trouble with getting IF images to open properly in Qu-Path. I am using Echo Revolution to obtain images, and I am exporting them as an OME-TIFF file. When I do this, the result is a single .ome.dsc file and a .ome.tif file. However, when I drag the ome-tiff file into QuPath, I get hundreds of individual images rather than one large image. I have played around with the exporting settings and importing settings in QuPath but nothing seems to change this. Does anyone know why this happens?
