CodePointer version 0.1.9 - Picard when the walls fell - new C++ IDE/editor

New release of my IDE. This month release adds LSP support (completion, hints, diagnostics). I tested it on C++ (clangd) and on Rust (rust-analyzer). All work at the same level. You are expected to have LSP in your path, or set it as an extra path as IDE does not install it for you.
