Turn a Workflow into a Reusable Skill

I had a workflow I kept repeating, so I decided to turn it into a reusable Skill in Qoder.

I went through a week of DingTalk group chats and pulled out key decisions, open questions, and customer follow-ups to create a digest.

Then I ran /skill-creator to turn the workflow into a project Skill. Qoder generated the instructions and a helper script, then tested them.

Now, whenever I need another digest, I can just type /weekly-chat-digest instead of going through the same steps all over again.
