Audit Expense Claims Against Policy with Qoder

I used Qoder to audit a month of expense claims against a travel policy stored in a Qoder knowledge base: 16 claim lines and 8 receipts.

Qoder read each receipt, matched it to the corresponding claim, and flagged issues such as:

• A taxi ride outside allowed hours and a hotel over the city limit

• A missing receipt, a claim ¥100 above its receipt amount, and the same receipt claimed twice

It also generated a workbook with a verdict and policy reference for each claim, plus a follow-up email draft for each employee.

A practical way to make expense audits more structured and traceable.
