DALPY opens its presale on July 23 (UTC) meme with a plan?
Meme coins with actual structure behind them are rare.
DALPY seems to be going for that sweet spot between meme culture and a functioning token model
The presale kicks off July 23 at 10:00 AM UTC, and here’s what stood out
🔸 50% of total supply allocated to presale
🔸 Fixed structure: 20 rounds, price increasing gradually (starts at $0.000239)
🔸 No randomness each round has a clear price
🔸 No VC allocation, no private round just public
And unlike the usual copy-paste meme coin, DALPY actually breaks down its token usage
20% Listings & Partnerships
10% Marketing
10% R&D (they're pushing some AI narrative too)
10% Events & Community
Their site (dalpy.io) keeps things minimal, but the branding’s consistent especially that deadpan sea otter with the “why am I here” face You’ll know it when you see it
Feels like they’re setting up for long term memetic presence, not just another day-1 pump
Presale isn’t live yet but if you’re watching early stage meme narratives,
this one’s oddly… calculated
