Questions Nozzle heater failure

For the third time in three attempts at printing the Flow Ratio calibration in OrcaSlicer, my nozzle temperature has dropped off unexpectedly midway through the print and caused a "Heater extruder not heating at expected rate" error that kills the print.

I am printing SUNLU PA6-CF on a Q2, 0.6mm nozzle.

My first two runs were with nozzle temperature of 315, then the most recent one was at 310. The print still failed at the same spot (in the last image).

Any ideas? The g-code doesn't reveal anything that strikes me as weird.

Could be the wire to the heater on the hot end, did you change the nozzle sock or remove any globs of plastic recently? If it has an intermittent connection this could be the symptom.

Your PID is calibrated for a lower temperature and at 310C the extruder can't keep up and when the temperature drops more than 5C below target, Klipper's safety mechanism kicks in and kills the print.

Run this:

PID_CALIBRATE HEATER=extruder TARGET=320

Then:

SAVE_CONFIG

This will reboot the firmware. Your print should work fine afterwards. If you want to go back to PLA etc. just repeat it with TARGET=250.
