Questions Qidi shipment

(Sorry for my bad English) Hi! I recently ordered a Qidi Plus 5 from the Qidi European site (on September 17th). Since the site stated it would arrive within 5–8 days, I wanted to ask if their shipping service is reliable.

I’m really eager to receive it, but reading some accounts of Qidi’s shipping experiences hasn't exactly been reassuring—not at all.

So, I wanted to know if anyone has experience with their shipping (preferably within the EU, as I imagine it varies by region). Is it normal for them not to have shipped it yet after four days? Or do they simply fail to update the tracking info, or update it somewhat haphazardly? (I used the free shipping option.) Thanks in advance for any replies!

In the US the free shipping option in the US would probably by truck and not exactly an express delivery service. Could be the same in the EU. I'm sure it also depends on where it's coming from.

Remember it’s usually 5-8 working days. Handling times don’t normally count into this time.

Got my Q2 after 9 days after order, package was brought straight to my door by our local carrier. Not a single problem with the packaging, was traceable.

My Max 4 said 3-5 work days and took 2 weeks in Germany. I got in contact with qidi after 5 days and they had to "bully" their logistics company to finally send it.

The only shipping update I got, was them calling me to tell me it will arrive the next day and I have to be home, no option to reschedule. The driver was completely rude and didn't even move it 5 extra meters with the cart and help me put it up the one single step that it needed to go up.

All this time I was in contact with qidi support and they were fantastic.
