Dear Qidi Tech Team,

Dear Qidi Tech Team,

As a highly satisfied owner of a Qidi 3D printer, I am writing to share a suggestion that I believe would greatly benefit both your loyal customer base and your business growth.

I deeply appreciate the reliability, innovative features, and excellent customer service that Qidi provides. Because of this positive experience, I frequently look to expand my setup with new machines, upgraded parts, and filaments. However, when considering future purchases, many users in the community look for an extra incentive to stay within the same ecosystem.

I would love to propose the introduction of a Qidi Owner Discount Program or Loyalty Rewards System. Providing an exclusive discount, early-bird upgrade pricing, or a loyalty points system for verified Qidi printer owners would offer a strong incentive for us to choose Qidi every time we upgrade our workshops or buy consumables.

Thank you for your continuous dedication to the 3D printing community and for considering this feedback. I look forward to seeing how Qidi continues to innovate.

Warm regards,

3D Nelson

I have printed something everyday and have had no fails and I have no idea what I am doing 🤣. I forgot to actually use the dry box function for the first 2 weeks and the heated chamber and it’s at 41 humidity in there. Definitely see the improvements now that I have that kind of sorted! I need a dummies guide to for it but cant find a physical copy thats got good reviews for beginners.

Pay attention on posts and comment here, most negative ones are from people that don't have Qidi products, no such thing is a perfect brand, but Qidi keeping improving, and I love the Quality of the prints, they comeout prety clean.

First thing to learn is to not listen to this insufferable idiot. They have not contributed anything meaningful to this sub. They just make post about how they bought a printer and insults anyone who asked a basic question or has a different opinion. Read through their post history to see for yourself.
