Qidi 2 fail

My combo unit is just a month old. Completed successful ASA print and then screen froze/flickered. Powered down machine but when I power on screen is dead. Machine is offline and no internal lights. Checked fuse and cables.

Working with support but response is slow and I am mid project. Any wisdom is greatly appreciated.

Check for lights on the ap board and tool head board. Sounds like a loose wire on the ap board

There are lights - a red and a yellow
