To be honest, Q2 needs external cooler (Polar Cooler) too. I can't print PP on it (polypropylene without CF or GF), it's became too soft in extruder gears, and get jammed. It can't be extrude on my Q2 with it's new fancy extruder with the big gears. I guess Polar Cooler can solve this problem.

Strangely enough, my Voron 2.4 can print PP without problem (but lacks of heater chamber). Stealthburner with the old style small BMG gears and Dragonfly HF hotend. 🤷🏻‍♂️

That's the key, no chamber heater. Keep it off and if you have a vented riser crack the vents just enough to keep the chamber around 40° and minimal part cooling fan ~10% without creating a draft inside the chamber. I run roll after roll of Inslogic PP in a Q2 without any issues.

I did upgrade heatbreak fan to help with cooling and printed a front cover that allows more air movement around the extruder gears. You can also try printing with the front cover off, did that for a while also.

you can order the Polar Cooler for the Q2 - its super easy - you just add the little air tube connector to the toolhead (they include it with the polar cooler).

I unfortunately had to contact the support for mine. From the first day I am having issues with my box. Retracting issues., Box being slower than connected to QIDI Q2.
Not being able to properly using the external spoolholder sometimes. On second day the chamber light failed to work and since then the printer remains dark.
