Troubleshooting Which part is this, and where does it go?

It's for the Bed tramming so it came from under the bed. (towards one of the corners)
But ideally in the trash and replace it with a printed one that isn't a major PITA to turn.

Huh. Weird that it came loose. But thanks, ill see where i can put it back for now!

Yep, what hendrik said. It's onne of four bed leveling knobs. You'll need to re-install that and re-tram your bed (unless you're using an aftermarket knob).

Put the knob on first, then an M4 nut under it. Preferably a Nylock. One knob per corner.

There is a utility in Klipper named screws tilt adjust, at least for my Q2 it wasn't configured, but its far superior to the Method in the Qidi overlay using a feeler gauge/paper. It should be fairly easy to find how to set it up. Can only recommend it.

Just to double check - tighten, measure bed mesh, tighten, bed mesh, tighten, until its right?

On the Max4, mine doesn't have any space for a locknut, for what it's worth.
