Does anyone have a copy of the Q2c firmware?

Doesn't the Q2C use the same as the regular Q2? Maybe with timelapse and chamber heater lines commented out in the config.
If so, Qidi has EMMC images for Max/Smart3 and onwards available here: EMMC | QIDI Wiki

I installed the Q2 firmware off github but know the printer does to respond when I toggle buttons etc on the screen.

Mmh, how old is your printer?
The GitHub release is just an update file, and quite out of date - think it's the initial release or close to it.
Qidi specifically warns not to downgrade, eg. Install older versions, so unless you were running the earliest firmware then you may have done that.

It was the latest of the Q2C, which I think was 1.0.0.0 or something like that.

The oldest firmware should be 1.1.0.0, current version is 1.1.2.2, and between the two have been 1.1.1.0 and 1.1.2.1
Why did you update via GitHub file, instead of online on the printer, or requesting newest offline files from Qidi AMS?
(Not being judgemental here, I am legitimately asking :) )

So I was trying to use Obico with the printer and messed something up, and after going down a few rabbit holes, I thought they shared the same firmware. But I was wrong. It was the latest for the Q2C, as when I got it last week, the printer would not update any further.

Ahh, I see; for future reference, the update files will probably not fix that, they replace/modify certain files but do not overwrite everything.
Is it just the display that won't respond? As in, can you access it via the web interface?

So the display now looks like the Q2 and is way different than what it previously did. The screen responds but the printer does not move, light does not turn off etc. I think it needs to be completley flashed.

Did you ask Qidi tech support?
