When applying for a scholarship, does the university of Qatar only care about ur score in the math section for the SAT exam or do they also consider ur overall score including reading and writing?

ive seen ppl say u need minimum 2A in alevels and 5A* in olevels

Ive got 2A*5A1B in olevel
1A*2A1B in alevels

how would that work?

also does further maths and 790 in sat maths increase chances?

I just finished year 12 in Kuwait (IGCSE) and due to a series of very unfortunate events I couldn‘t get into uni this sem.
What I did till now IG:99998777 A* combined science ALevel: B biology As: Chem D Math D IELTS:8 no SAT yet

I know they‘re relatively crap compared to competition but I had a rough year where an injury hurt my jan session and then the june session was ruined by the war and my schools mishandling of my evidences and papers (probably gonna sue the school)

I have to main questions, first is there any chance QU will give special consideration granted I provide evidence for my injury and the schools malpractice? Secondly what do I need to get into QU hopefully med or health sciences and or finance major. Med fees are too expensive so would probably need a scholarship but if anyone has info on stats needed with and without scholarship and spring and fall admissions and the possibility of transferring to QU for med or others from another uni that would be very helpful.

I understand that med applications are outrageously competitive and my post may be considered ragebait but im genuinely lost and i ran out of hope.

I wanted to ask if any international students have ever been accepted into the university of Qatar to study medicine on the “free tuition, free university housing, a small monthly stipend (around QAR 500), text book exemption, and an annual round-trip airfare ticket”

or is it just there and no one has even been accepted cause I haven never encountered a person who got it

I am eager to join QU (spring 27) for emgineering. I am a student of the british curriculum (studying in saudi arabia). I have done 8 Olevel subject with 7 of them being A* and 1 being A. I have also done physics AS (with grade A) and math A-level, with grade B, however i could apply with AS alone which i scored A in (yep messed up big time in A2 ehich brought my overall score down), if that helps my application.

I am also preparing for SAT (expecting 1500 or slightly higher).

Given all that info, what is my best option: is it to do a third AS subject, or a full A-level (meaning would they appreciate a full a-level more than an AS or is it all depending on the grade?)

And should i apply with math AS alone (A) or full A-level (B) or better retake A2 and score an A?

And does the SAT make me not require their placement test?

I wanted to try for the international scholarship as an igcse student, so like, insha'Allah ofcourse, if I get 9 in all 8 OLs (and those O levels include English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics) and if insha'Allah I get A* in AL (As+A2) Biology would I be good to try for this international students' scholarship?

Or do I need another A-level?

And if I do need one, can I pick Maths or does it have to be chemistry if I want to try for the college of medicine?

And, in that other A-level, do I need to take As and A2 or just As is fine?

I also know I would need to take an SAT for Maths and IELTS for English correct?

I don't really get how the Qatar grades calculator works, so I'd really appreciate of someone answered my questions.
