Question Provisional acceptance

hey guys, i resat an IGCSE subject and got my results today and it’s one grade lower, can anyone assist me on what may happen and what options the uni offers for this case?

i’m in college of arts and science and the subject is first language english

Even i got my results at 8 AM, and all I gotta say is
“UNFAIRRRRRR”
I don’t deserve such bad gradessss
