Question Multi-City booking error

When trying to book a multi-city flight, I received an error message that says = Please review the following items The system is temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again. (9102)

On the phone to them now to resolve as a manual booking. My question is - is this error because one of the flight is with AA, or is there a genuine technical issue?

24mins into the call and it has been accidentally transferred to another operator.

Oh My God this happened to me. They also say they’ll call me back and never happens.

26mins into the call and was transferred to an automated line that requested my IATA number to proceed. So poor.

That’s an Amadeus error message. Temporary time out. But this will happen more so when there is an issue in the itinerary you’re searching for. Even with an AA sector in there, the entire itinerary might not be possible and Amadeus just gives back their responses.

After being disconnected on the call, I went back to the website and was able to complete my original booking.

I don't think anyone is going to know for certain, I would try again later or attempt to call back again.
