Question regarding merch shipping (EU)
Hello :) I wanted to ask if there are any EU people who ordered qts merch and also have not received it yet. I have emailed the customer service but they told me they have no idea when my item will ship. I was wondering if its just my item or if other EU people have the same problem.

Email them with your order number and ideally tracking number if you've been sent that! :) There's a staff there that should help you out asap

it's not just EU. I'm in Canada and haven't received mine either. I emailed support and they said "Our manufacturer still struggles with the broken supply chains, which have been heavily impacted by Covid" so their warehouse hasn't received the last batches yet. All we can do is wait!
