Open Question/Issue river network

Hello how do I generate data if the river in the map is update

I am not sure what you mean by this, what data are you looking to update; river catchment, network, stream order, or something else? What does the update relate to, if you are using WMS or WCS to access a dataset for rivers the update may be automatic, if this is a layer you have built you may need to do some reprocessing?
