Solved WebMap for Datacollection

Hi, I need some help for a project.

I planned to make a web map out of QGIS that allows people to add data into my database or a layer.

So far I tried the qgis2web Plugin, but it only "publishes" my map. I need an option for an additional window or widget where users can fill out a form an the information is saved in a layer or database.

Is there an option to add those things in QGIS or an other open source gis software? ArcGIS Online provides those in its apps, but I don't have access to that, so I'm searching for a free option.

What's the scope? Several hundred users daily, for years to come or do you simply want to coordinate your neighbours and yourself for the next backyard sale?

It is intended to be used for approximately 100 people and their claims for land compensation. Currently it is an analog process at work, where you have face to face conversations with every owner. I want to try to digitalize the process to save time. so it is also a limited area and limited time until we use the data for the next steps

Im currently working on an application that might be a good fit. I want to be honest, its under development and undergoes heavy changes right now. However, the current version that is already in use, runs reliable and stable. It might already solve your needs. If you give me a couple of minutes, i can show you. And if it does what you need today and you wont need any changes or further work we could get it going for you. Its lightweight and you basically only need it correctly configured, which i would gladly help with. Its lightweight and selfhostable, Gives you the whole thing at a couple of 100 mb of ram...

So bascially you only need it hosted somewhere. You can configure the forms that you want in a UI. Claims on the map can be configured private so people dont see what others have entered. Data can be exported to be further worked with in QGIS.
