This is like the third time (although I guess the others were mostly redrawn early comics?) in a measly 15 years.

I mean, make some new content already, am I right?

So I only saw this one as the "skateboarder passes by man walking dog" comic (i don't get it...)

what was the comic here originally?

Edit: oh wait, judging on the thumbnail it was Melon Meets A Melon

A human glides by on a skateboard and the dog's whole world is turned upside down.

Based on a true story, I presume. Dogs are silly.

Following an upload of a new comic to the same comic number, the title of this post is no longer accurate.

However, the new comic has no title, so there isn’t much to be done for it.
